Surfrider is defined by the use of natural materials including rattan, jute rope, stone, gypsum, bamboo and driftwood motifs. Designed to create relaxing spaces to escape from the pressures of modern life, it is featured in a light, natural Driftwood finish. Finish Description:
Driftwood: a light, natural finish. Distressing includes sandblasting, bleaching, drawknife and wormholes. Bar pulls with rope and silver-colored metal.

Our high-fashion custom upholstery by Sam Moore Furniture is manufactured in Bedford, Va. Much of our upscale leather upholstery line is manufactured in Hickory, N.C. by Bradington-Young. Hooker also imports an extensive line of wood bedroom, living room accents, dining room, home office and home entertainment furniture and some leather furniture from factories around the world. These include factories in Asia, Mexico and Central America. The design and engineering of these imported furnishings is all carefully overseen by Hooker or Bradington-Young in compliance with our high quality standards.
Hooker is known as an active, contributing corporate citizen in the Virginia and North Carolina communities in which we work and live. Our company is a leading contributor to charitable organizations such as the United Way, education and the arts, and our employees provide service to these organizations through volunteerism and board memberships.
